I believe that a good manager can inherit a shite team and still get results from it. I feel it impossible for him to have got us promotion, but mid-table obscurity was achievable when he took over. He sounds a good bloke. He was a good servant to the club as a player. I bear him no malice, but I don't feel he is capable of taking us forward next year. However, I suspect he will be given the chance. NMH |
