 fuck me, dont think anyone was expecting a price decrease
that said, the effect on the price for my TE season ticket is fuck all so nothing to celebrate really.
anyone got any idea if you can get the "renewal" prices even if you are changing stands? ie Town end to Nationwide?

Whether they've thought of that, or if they have whether they've told the ticket office, is, however, another matter. Joining us prawn sandwich munchers in the posh seats, then, Piemonte?

Loigically I would have thought that too, but this is STFC so there is little point in getting logic involved  I am considering a migration as the atmosphere in the TE is no longer good enough to offset the shit view. And obviously the NW is now less expensive. Beer at halftime is also a very persuassive factor

Yes you would be treated as a renewal if you decide to change stands as an existing ST holder. The Box Office will help you to find an available seat near the concourse bars!

Those tickets are pretty cheap, can't really complain. Where does that put us compare to all the other teams?

In league 2 this season (so it should actually go up on average this summer i think) the average TOP price ticket was £17ish and the average lowest price ticket as just under £14.
If they didn't change prices next year we would have the 2nd highest pay on the day top price (Bristol Rovers charging £22) and 6th highest price for the lowest ticket but sharing with 4 teams as well.
At least half of the clubs don't have a reduced ticket price for the top one though if purchased in advance, so 1 day before kick-off we are middle of the road for top prices.
As I say, this was for this season, so we might find about 2 other teams exceed our top ticket price over the summer and be very average for the lower price.

i think people would be generally more happy about prices if they could see their money being invested in players of quality, lets hope thats the case next season.if we go down and the quality of players at the club stays the same or gets worse then the club will be in big trouble.

Looking at the prices they are blatently forcing people out of the Town End, whilst im glad the main 2 stands have come down in price the TE price should have fallen by a couple of £ aswell.
