Don't forget kids of 7 and under can go FREE and as Sonic mentioned, the Arkells Enclosure had child tickets for £4 this season, which could mean a family of 4 going for as little as £36 in the NW for two little nippers or £44 in the Enclosure if they use the standard adult price with two teenagers.

Would have liked the £20 price brought down to at least £19.99, just so the bad PR can't be flung at it.  Also, the TE should have been reduced a small amount, just to keep the price difference as Sonic mentioned.

lifetime red's delighted at the reduced ticket prices:

"Dont be taken in by Diamandis latest offering

No adult and child package this year (last season £420)therefore my adult and child ticket is £408 a £12 saving

All this to watch 4th division football and playing the likes of Accrington rather than Forest."

And as usual he's talking bollocks - there's an adult and child season ticket for 391 quid if bought befor 31st May.

Matchday prices for kids are still far too high tho - should be no more than a fiver, as 9 quid is a massive deterrent to the casual fan thinking "Where shall I take the kids this weekend".

But fair play, overall a very welcome move

fair enough prices for league one for an adult, kids prices still to high! also keeping  increased prices for match days is stupid.

if those prices are for league 2 aswell then it is a big mistake as that is to high a price for that level of football.

So the pre bought ones are actually the advertised price plus £1

To be honest im not overly impressed by these prices and think the TE should have been dropped. Its a move in the right direction though.

It doesnt bother me ive already got my Reading season ticket for next year.

If you do it by phone I believe so.  That's been the case for a long time though, since I can ever remember buying tickets over the phone.

I'll be getting the Early Bird Nationwide renewal, probably before the end of the season.
