This is the water. And this is the well. Drink full and descend. The horse is the white of the eyes and dark within.

Might as well train there tbh. We're near the end of the season, got 2 home games out of the 3, so maybe the thinking is the more time spent on the CG pitch the better.
Or maybe Jerel Ifil and Rhys Evans were practicing hoofing it into the stands, something they must surely miss in training normally.

hopefully it means we were practising lots of set pieces .. easier to do on the actual pitch you are playing on

well training pitches vary in length than the actual pitch ... so when you are taking corner or free kicks on the real pitch .. its the same as when you do it in the game ... so you can deliver them more accurately
hope that made sense! :|

How good do you think our players are?! More likely to be a hit-and-hope, just like all our set pieces are

some teams train at their ground on Fridays before home games in order to get used to the speed and angles of the pitch and make home advantage count. we may just be doing that

There was me thinking they were all the same give or take a few yards. This is all bollocks. I find it hard to believe that the difference between the length of the grass on the training picth and that at the CG will make any fucking difference whatsoever to set pice taking. We dont train in a farmers field for fucks sake

It does make some sense I think, but begs the question: why aren't the training pitches the same size as that in the CG (if they are not already)? You'd only have to paint new lines if they weren't.
