.................."Per pint, Draught Guinness has 210 calories; as a reference, one pint of semi-skimmed milk has 260 calories and one pint of orange juice has 220 calories. Draught Guinness actually has fewer calories than most other premium beers and lagers". http://webpages.marshall.edu/~bennett7/guinness/guinqna.htm#fat

Very true, although you wouldn't have several pints of milk in one sitting.

Then 10 for supper That place is great for a few drinks after the tour. All the yanks take one sip, wince and then leave the pint on the bar. For those pikey enough (and I was not to proud to turn down this chance) you can grab the pint before the barman and keep drinking. You can go one better and actually pre warn people and then they politely give you the drink after their sip.

Crack a raw egg or a dollop of Mayo into a pint of Guiness and it's hidden by the froth and sits nicely under the surface.
Because of the texture sliding down their throat the owner is guaranteed to spit meat chunks every time.

I thought a Guinness was the same as eating a meal?!

Prepare to gawp at the beer prices in Dublin, then prepare to gawp even more when they go up at about 11pm!
