Went 1-0 down, 3-0 on aggregate, needing 4 to go through.
Last minute 4th from Maccarone to do it. Incredible!

Yeah great game, amazing comeback! At least the uefa cup is still interesting, looks like that'll be the one to watch this year.
I hope they go on and win it.

I watched that game last night. Me an my housemates all went a bit mental when the 4th went in. They deserved it the way they played, but this is what's annoying about 'boro - they have the players when they need to turn on the style but they rarely do. I hope McClaren isn't going to become England boss.

McClaren actually went a bit mental when the winner went in, don't think he should be the next England manager though.
At least his interviews are more interesting than Wengers - the most boring manager in the world.
It's just great to see a team show so much fight and deservedly make it through, definitely one of the games of the year and a great result for English football.

Of the English candidates McClaren's record is as good as the others and he has been there at WC's and Euros....logic would dictate the job should be his, if its to be an Englishman.
He played for the scum though which makes him ineligible in my book.
