Signed on to the end of the 2006-2007 season

Good to see Platt and Smith signing on,  but Pook imo needs to improve big style to get in the team.

Yeah, good news IMO, but send Pook out on loan for half of next season, for him to get a bit more experience. Because you have to bare in mind that this was his first ever senior season, this season and he has had a lot of pressure put on him from the off.

The fact that Pook is paid to be a professional footballer disgusts me. :x

That is ace news about Platt and Smith.

I agree with Phil!, might doo Pook good to have a loan spell.  He might pick up some skill - sorry experience

saying that, he didn't have a bad game saturday

Glad CCP is signed up, Smith has done well in fits and starts still dont think we have seen the best of him

Pook is a decent player, I thought he played well at the start of the season and then looked very burnt around around Christmas time. He is a young inexpirenced player playing in a terrible side which changes most weeks of course he isnt going to be brilliant.

I thought is said also that Ifil had signed?

I must be watching a different player. He offers nothing. His ineptitude amazes me. For someone who is young and meant to have a "good engine" he always looks fucking knackered and is constantly left for dead by fit, enthusiastic, energetic midfielders. He is virtually Hewlett, with better heading ability. Don't get me started on his passing, either.

Again, think back to the start of the season...he was certainly much better....then he thought he had made it started living the pro footballer life style, now he is shit and cant drive...hmmm....

Pook needs to wake up in my opinion. He knows how he is safe for next season, if he wasn't he may have actually done something like make a tackle and not just run and run and run for no reason.
