Sorry to go back to the subject at hand, but Summerbee looked great in the Forest game this season. He just kept playing the ball into the area, something we could do with what with a hungry Curo being where he should. At the moment, Curo is doing what Shakes should be doing by cutting out to the wing, leaving no attacking force in front of goal

That's what I thought.

You don't lose your touch in your senior years and it's not like he was ever the quickest anyway.  

Bit risky but Shakes at wingback with Summerbee sat forward delivering crosses could be lethal.  

Even so Tamworth?

Summerbee never record from lack of a pre-season though. If he had started with us, he still would have had a crap pre-season...but would have been better for it

Such a shame, as played well for Bradford last year and set up a lot of goals for Windass.

But as Dazzza says, the lack of pre-season probably did for him.

Never mind, still have the memories of him.
