ZURICH, Switzerland (Reuters) -- Soccer's world governing body FIFA has agreed to punish acts of racism with severe penalties, including the deduction of points and disqualification from competitions.

Can you really see them taking points off the top teams in spain or italy? No chance! Especially the threat of relegating them! Once again the small teams will probably be shat on to make an example. We'll probably get deducted 6 points for singing 'always shit on the welsh side of the bridge' at swansea, while madrid carry on making monkey noises every week. |

That would make em do something about it  .Still i'll believe it when it starts to happen, at the moment its just words.Its been going on for so long now that it will probably take a long time to stop it.At least FIFA seem to have woken up to the fact that they need to do something about it,its taken them long enough :-))( |
