lemon and sugar is good. as is maple syrup. I've always though a more meat based filling would be good, make it more like a pie  Make a bolognese sauce. Put spoonfuls of sauce on pancake and roll into a tube shape. Lay several in ovenproof dish. Pour over bechamel sauce and a sprinkling of parmesan. Bake at 180c for 20 minutes - flash under a grill if you like. Home made canneloni sort of and no calories. (ps dont use sweet pancakes) |
