We've had the no tackling midfield problem for about a decade now. Not to worry if CCP is fit, he'll show em how its done. As for Brown and Shakes, Shakes can blow hot or cold and Brown, well haven't been to a game since Hartlepool away so he hadn't been there for that long, but seems to me like he is just a wide player and should not be playing in the middle

Brown is a very good player, but he's not a defender. Great going forward - pacey, great footballing brain, good crosser and has a hell of a shot on him.

I'll say it again - short minded.

Although Shakes has been poor recently.

I think people are just jumping on players' backs in frustration now. Three weeks ago people were saying such different things!!!

Brown has the ability to take the ball down the wing, cross and also shoot.
We have also seen Shakes use his pace well and put good balls into the box.

The problem at the moment is that we are trying to play throught the centre where we have players losing too many physical battles. Its clear that we need CCP or Smith in the centre and then if we can attck on the wings we can create chances.

It's just that we haven't played that style of football recently, mostly because of the players available.
Don't get on the players' backs now, it's the time when they need our support more than ever. They ARE capable of good performances and hopefully Iffy can get them to turn it around next week.

its only cause shakes barely gets the ball at the moment. we are playing down the middle, where we are crap.

shakes can be a quality player when he actually gets the ball down and gets to run...

Why did we start with 3 wingers on the pitch? Jarret, Shakes and Brown.

I can't believe how some people's memories are so short!!!! Yes i know everyone is pissed off, but 2 weeks ago you were all praising the players individually!!
Everyone was sayin how awesome Shakes was and how he definetly should be playing in the World Cup and there was also talk of how we have possibly the best two wingers in the league!! Now you lot are slating them!!
Give them a break!!

He didnt want to do anything, or even try because hes got an international friendly come up

Stop being so negative all the time DV!! Get behind the team for saturday too.
I can see why people are negative today because of the shock performance yesterday, but forget about that now, its time to move on!! We are 3rd from bottom and another 3 points could see us lift a few places.
Bring on Tranmere, i say!!
