It's what we have though, just got to make the best of a bad thing. 5-0-5 formation it is then.

I have confidence Shakes and Brown will turn up and perform Saturday. Now Brown has sorted out his moving house situation his mind is likely to be more focused on his football as moving house can be pretty stressful.

It's the middle i'm worried about. I'm used to having an inept performance from the men in the middle, but this looks terrible!!!

Maybe, just maybe, Whalley will put in a blinder having been out for so long and then getting the verbal rocket that Iffy seems to have given the reserves (reading between the lines).
Well, I can hope.

I reckon Jarrett might start wide-left and Brown will play in the middle with either Gurney or Migz. Shakes will stay on the right, Roberts isn't fully match fit yet, and is better as an out-&-out striker anyway.

I have a feeling Gurney will play (badly) despite not training, and be a complete liability. Brown will probably play next to him, despite being a winger.
Whalley should play, if you ask me. As i've said a few times before, he was ace the last time he played (P. Vale away) and then got mysteriously dropped.

i'm not sure you can call brown a winger. he can't run let alone run with the ball
