Putting a roof up might be a bad idea.

a: If it rains, the away support stays dry
b: it makes the away support loader
c: it's a waste of money if the whole ground is being redeveloped anyway.

this was the original plan back in 1994. it was supposed to be built at the same time as the intel stand, but residents blocked it due to lack of sunlight, as you said

that diagram is from a 'town to the top' book i believe, book about the premiership season, or bits of it are about that anyway....

ive got that book  Cheesy whats wrong with doing the above plans in le god's post and then doing the same to the town end as the bank and then modernising the arekells?
