Anyone else having problems contacting the club ??, have been ringing for days, all I get is a recorded message saying ,we’re currently talking to another customer and I’m first in line - what - talking to another customer for at least an hour at a time, bollocks.
Have sent emails, but again no one answers them. OK if you live in Swindon you can call in, but not so easy living miles away.
This club has become an absolute joke, how the Fuck can you buy tickets if no one will converse with you. Surely I’m not the only one having these problems ?.

Yeah I've noticed its all been a bit of a shambles. The opening hours on the website were grossly wrong last time I checked too.

Do they basically have one number for everything? 0330 002 1879?
These things really do need to be looked at properly this summer. Fan numbers are up and you don't want to kill these numbers off by making buying tickets and merchandise harder than a test for getting into MENSA. (or the 11 plus for the OP)
