Parking Charge

I may have complained about this before. 

Around the corner from me is a shop wit a roundabout in front of it.  Just past the roundabout are parking bays but if you go on to them then you have to go straight on to a one way road which takes you under a rail bridge and out onto a main road.  So apparently its fine to park on the roundabout, which is also double yellow lines.  Just so you can then back up and spin round the roundabout and not go on a slight diversion.

It drives me fucking insane.
