Will Colin Calderwood survive losing at home to 10 man Norwich?

  Pardew can fuck right off...

Pardew would be a good way to waste another £10 million.

Always has been overrated.

I think it's fair to say that he's not interested in us, nor us in him.

Can't stand the bloke!  Nothing to do with his management skills or his record, I just don't like him!

It looks like Phil Parkinson is going to be given the job at Charlton - rules him out of replacing MM then

Nice cheap option for Charlton. Very good 2nd chance for Parkinson after the Hull spell.

Definitely wants to be a manager again. If the Charlton job is an option for him it's a better one than us I guess.

Quote from: Parky
"I think once you've had a taste of management, you miss it. I've enjoyed working at Charlton but I'm ambitious.

"Whether it is here or somewhere else, I feel I want to be a manager again."

Parkinson had a successful spell of three years as Colchester manager but won only five matches of a 24 game stint in charge of Hull.

He added: "Am I ready to be a manager again, be it at Charlton or somewhere else? Yes I am.

"I see myself as a manager, but it's not about me, it's about Charlton Football Club, getting this season back on track and that's what we've all got to do."
