So expand on what did make you say yes then…. Beyond pouring pints and first impressions I’m struggling to see any tangible reasons anyone would have confidence in this ownership.

There isn't. I suspect its from people that say things like "trust the process" and "back the team not the regime" and go about their merry way without thinking about any of it.
