I think the Shitheads may shoot up the table at some point. Can't help but feel that with the squad and manager they have, as soon as they win one the floodgates may open. I hope it doesn't of course as I've thoroughly enjoyed their struggle.

As of now, the biggest surprise for me in terms of league position has to be Brentford: currently in 11th place with a points tally of 15 (from 11 games) and a goal difference of -2.  The received wisdom just a couple of months ago was that the division was theirs & theirs alone this season.  Early days, but it hasn't really worked out that way so far.

As we know from bitter experience, it can be difficult to recover from a PO trauma....Brentford had the double whammy of the last minute penalty as well.

I think Brentfords problem was that Rosler had built momentum, and after a strong finish in his first year that took them into last season. They were pretty unlucky to not go up. Since then it looks like he's attempting to rebuild. They've brought in a lot of players since then and from what I've heard they've changed their style a bit. I think they relied on being quite organised and pressing the other team hard (not to mention Donaldsons theatrics) but this season it's not quite clicking.

I still think they'll be a good shout for the top 6 but they've definitely flattered to deceive. Which is very pleasing as far as I'm concerned.

Me too, but it'll fade. Exactly the same reason I disliked Brighton for a few years.

Can't say the same for Millwall as I've never liked them!
