What about Nicho?  Gone a bit quiet on him.

Difficult Reg, the OS stated that there were still some players that PS has told may not be in his plans but is reserving final judgement for a couple of weeks.
Nicho isn't one of them.

Looks like all the regular starters have been told there is a contract. Just a matter of time as they/their agents reach an agreement with the club.  No one was told before Tuesday so still early days for negotiations.

Well he's been offered a deal, I think he'd be stupid to turn it down.

I'm certain Nico will be offered a deal. He's played 35 games this season and was on the bench for the 11 games he missed, so he's been in the direct plans of both managers all season.

Nicho was ripped for drink driving at the 125th bash. I shouted roundabout during the piss take

Would be ok as cover for me, but not a first team starter. Give him a year contract.

Nicholas has had a decent season, and deserves another year.

Thats from someone who hated his guts last summer.

Joking aside, it can't be easy to sack your son.

Glad Nicho's getting a deal - few rumours (2+2=5) about John Hills, but completely without substance - would've thought in a relatively small squad (21/22) that having 3 left backs is a bit excessive (if indeed Vincent's still classed as a left back)

Still got to chuckle at the fact that King considered Jack Smith as a left back for more than a season...

He'll be fine as a back up striker but we need a new player in hopefully alongside Barry Corr

yeah id like Nico to sign for another year. he has been solid if nothing else. would make a decent back up if we got someone else in. Sturrock will sign a new deal i reckon. i think he has done enough. id only wan't him as a back up player though
