Title: The Sidings Post by: Chubbs on Monday, July 22, 2013, 12:36:17 Anyone know much about the new development on ocotal way? All I can find is individual developers web sites.
Anyone know someone who has bought a house there? Title: Re: The Sidings Post by: DRS on Monday, July 22, 2013, 12:43:25 Is that a serious post
Title: Re: The Sidings Post by: Chubbs on Monday, July 22, 2013, 12:47:01 Is that a serious post I have re-evaluate my post and realised I may have been stereotyping a little bit. Apologies if it caused any offence. Title: Re: The Sidings Post by: Reg Smeeton on Monday, July 22, 2013, 12:53:53 What did the original post say? Chubbs was inferring that the honest hardworking people of the Walcot East, Park North and South estates were all villains. Don't know if he counts Walcot West in his assessment. Title: Re: The Sidings Post by: DV on Monday, July 22, 2013, 13:55:39 I went there to have a look and speak to someone and there was no one there at all, which I doubt helps you at all.
All I could find on the net was a map of the layout, like most new developments very squashed in together. Title: Re: The Sidings Post by: LucienSanchez on Monday, July 22, 2013, 14:01:53 The road in is named after Ian Culverhouse (possibly). Happy to help.

We would definitely think about buying a property there, as the location is pretty good, but the timing is just not right unfortunately.
