However, there was one girl with them in her early 20's who was absolutley jaw-droppingly gorgeous. If she didn't have an old guy with her I would have invited her in to show me the way to heaven.

We have one at our work. She's a bit of a loner but generally ok. However when people bring in cakes or biscuits she always has to ask what the occasion is. If its for a birthday or something similar she won't take one.

I've noticed a fair number of Mormons around recently and they're equally as mental. I chatted to some, because I was cornered, offended them, I think/hope, and then noticed them cycle off. Since then I've noticed loads of smartly dressed, early 20s men, riding around town in pairs that appear to fit the same mould.

Hence the South Park mormon episode and then The Book of Mormon.

The worst part of all this religious shit for me is parents forcing in on their kids rather than letting them decide for themselves.  It's the reason my parents didn't have me christened and I'm glad they didn't, I'm as non religious as they come and I wouldn't like it if I had been as its not the sort of thing you can undo.

FWIW we didn't get either of our children christened. Thought it might be a bit hypocritical. Each to their own though - 99.9% of religious people are just like 99.9% of non religious people.

As for the whole Christening thing, I don't really see the point in it. but at the same time I don't see much reason to be upset if you were Christened, as it's not something that binds you to be a Christian.

This has been a good sunday so far, I was watching the Brizzle Wovers game on the box, when I disturbed by two rather religious people at my front door. I decided the best way to handle this situation would be to answer the door in nothing but my boxers, hopefully this would scare them off so i could then continue watching tv in my boxers. But noooo there they stood they asked me if i religous. So I ripped off some of Russell Howards stand up, I am sometimes religious yes, they asked me to explain so I said 'when you stub your toe you say oh god, and at the height of sexual ecstacy you say oh god' They then said thats not we meant, so then I said well please clarify they were saying how god moves in mysterious ways and what my thoughts were, so I then said 'Yeah god is really cool. we've on a 10 game unbeaten run and we're looking pretty good everygame.' Again they still stood there they asked me if I was celebrating xmas this year and would I be going to church. So I then said to them I'll be spending xmas with my family and friends but unfortunatly I wouldn't be going to church this year. I was then asked why? to whch my reply was we're playing away. I then said it was lovely talking to you today but I must be going my xmas tree is waiting to be decoreated, merry xmas.
