Title: Things I am looking forward to next season. Post by: Nick Bamosomi on Monday, April 25, 2011, 15:47:26 Ok so now we are mathematically down, it's really time to look forward.
No negative comments on here please - let's try and be more positive now this shit season is over for us. What are you looking forward to about next season? I'm looking forward to a couple of new grounds Morecambe and Burton Albion. And of course the scum matches. What about the rest of you? Title: Re: Things I am looking forward to next season. Just wish we weren't in League Two again that's all! So true, I'm with you on this - a couple of lads that sit near me in the DRS said they weren't coming next season if we're in League Two. They're obviously gutted to be missing out on playing such stellar names like Rochdale and Dagenham & Redbridge and being stuck with the likes of Crewe and Southend. To me League One and League Two are interchangable in their level of shitness, I'd fully understand their standpoint if we were falling from Championship into League One. I'd still prefer to watch the shitness of League One though. Although the allure of a possible fixture next year with the mighty Fleetwood Town is quite mouth watering. A lot of people struggle with the expense of even making home games, let alone away ones and it's the 'boring old farts' who stump up the cash for season tickets that help keep the club afloat financially, just as much as those that go home and away. I can't see myself attending that many away games next season due to a change in personal circumstances. Having said that, pox is one I'll definitely be at.
