**Pathetic and pointless post alert**

Why are Notts Forest in the north but County in the south? They are only a stones throw from each other. Besides Notts County are further north anyway.

I know the answer is to do with the teams in the competition and how the seeded teams could fit into the competition criteria etc. but the whole north and south divide is flawed.

I know its done by draw and stuff but Coventry, Peterborough and Walsall in the Northern section is silly.

Surely you have to go with whatever cut off line gives you the right numbers though ?

Better still, call it 'A'  and 'B' section

It's nothing like as absurd as Gloucester City playing in the Blue Square North.  Yet another football related geographical aberration.

Boston in the JPT southern draw was a corker!

 Was also my first thought after reading santa's post. I was there, as were a fair few others surprisingly. Must've been the 'new-ground' syndrome.

Oh and, by the way - OXFORD PLEASE

Indeed not....DV deserves credit for his campaign for basic accuracy on the TEF
