been watching people jumping out of planes from my garden this afternoon.

I watched my little bro play footie earlier (they got dicked 6-1), then popped round the in-laws for a brief visit then sat in the garden all afternoon with a few cans of cider. Shame I have to go to work tomorrow :(

spent yesterday at cotswold falconry centre and then batsford arboretum. ended up with the worst migraine i've ever had and was puking most of the evening... nice day though.

spent the day on the beach, beautiful. Been to see tony benn speak tonight, his grandaughter ia prospective labour candidate here, was great evening.

I spent eight hours in the sun working on my garden with my old man.  Now I'm having an extremely well earned beer.

i don't get them that often. i think saturday's was exacerbated by a number of factors. never been so nauseus before, is there any over the counter meds you use?


canon eos 400d with a 250mm telephoto lens. i've been on a bit of a photography binge recently, pretty pleased with some of the results.

I used to get ones that knocked me out for days.  I now use Migramax (on prescription) whenever I get one, or think I might.  The last time I got one I was back at work the next day, Migramax works.  I worked out that mine were caused by a lack of energy (I have a fast metabolism, despite my ample girth), or stress.  So I usually manage to avoid them.  It has been years now, thankfully.
