Title: Re: Ostrich Post by: Dazzza on Monday, February 15, 2010, 16:13:29 Had medallions of, on Friday - Chewy.
Lovely meat when fresh but so much of it is frozen and got knows how old it is. Never had an ostrich burger but I dare say that they would be perfect. Wild Boar and crocodile has to be my favourite “exotic meats”. Title: Re: Ostrich Post by: Sippo on Monday, February 15, 2010, 17:13:43 If its chewy then its overdone. They were juicy the ones I had- they were frozen orginally.

Not chewy at all. No idea if it had been frozen or not.
