Do I have to ask her as well, or is that a done deal now?

Well if you don't ask her then technically it's rape. So yeah, you better had.

What the fuck is Fitton talking about?

He says that O'Brien was released by Hibs, then he suggests that a fee may have been paid.

Seems he was under contract, so if we paid a fee then Hibs sold him and if we didn't then Hibs released him.

He's under 24, so they have to pay a development fee or go to tribunal, no?

Only if Hibs offered him a new deal, equal to or better than what he was on.

From what Fitton said, it sounds like we may have offered a fee to take him off their hands - rather than arsing about with a tribunal

He had a year left so we must have compensated Hibs with some money to settle the contract.

He had a year left on his contract but wasnt in the managers plans so he left by mutual consent. No fee involved.

If he had a year left on his contract, maybe we agreed to take up the payment of part or all of that, to prevent him seeing out his time sat on his arse at Hibernian.

So Fitton's just plain lying about having to pay a fee then?

Now two people have said the exact same thing it must be factual.
