I wouldn't worry about it, if you can't remember then probably nothing happened, hence the mistake on her part.  You probably discussed swine flu and got her worried, hence the nurse.

A bird bounced up to me last night and was very pleased to see me....knew my name and everything, and I had no idea who she was, which was a worry. Took me about 20 mins to work it out. :)
