Apparently, for the first half it was 4-2-3-1.  Complete change for the second half:

Bedwell; Barthram, Archibald-Henville, McEveley, Byrne; Kasim, Branco; Francis, Agombar ,Waldon; Storey

Fomation unclear!  4-4-2 possibly.
