My Mrs does all the laser cosmetic stuff, along with Botox and fillers, vitamin infusions etc. I’ve had scars improved with it but no interest the more vanity based stuff though. Lots must be as ‘vain’ though as the prices are ridiculous and being in the Cotswolds there’s a lot of money floating around especially in an era with HD and 4K TV.
