I'd go for:

Gk:Heaton
Df:Jenks, Ifil, O'Hanlon, Smith
Mf:Roberts, Pook, Migz, Nicolau
At:Fallon, Thorpe
Subs:Bulman, Heath, Shakes, Gurney, Whalley/Cureton(both as bad as each other tbh)

However, i think King will go for this:

Gk:Heaton
Df:Gurney, Collins, Ifil, O'Hanlon, Smith
Mf:Pook, Migz, Whalley, Nicolau
At:Fallon
Subs:Bulman, Thorpe, Shakes, Cureton, Roberts

The subs are debatable, could have had Heath or Comyn-Platt in there, i think King will leave more attacking options on the bench, and start with a 5-4-1. Might be a 4-1-4-1 though, with Gurney being pushed into the defensive midfielder role (a recipe for a red card?)

Surely cannot leave Fallon alone up front, so add Thorpe.

Cannot afford the luxury of lightweights with little impact, so no Shakes or Nicholau.

Need to get wide and behind them and put in crosses but need to stop their wing attacks, so use Gurney and Smith as wingbacks.

....................Heaton....................
..............Jenks Ifil Collins ............
Gurney..............................Smith
............Migz Pook Whalley.............
................Thorpe Fallon................
