I for one am surprised how his seasons gone.

I think he made a bad call jumping at Bradford last season quite as early as did then leaving it so late to get hitched up with a club over here in the summer would have really narrowed his options not to mention nail his fitness.

Aside from Tranmere and ourselves did he play elsewhere?

He hasnt recovered from a lack of pre-season....

However, we did win every game he played in for us in his second spell, cant argue with that  Wink

Agree with that Dazzza. He did well at Bradford last season making lots of chances for Windass etc, if he'd been fit at the start of the season he could have done a good job for someone.

It was nice to hear Kevin Phillips on MOTD2 last Sunday when asked who was the best crosser of the ball he'd played with (I'm sure that was what they asked) and he said it was Summerbee when he'd played with him at Sunderland.
