right lads, yesterday my phone got wet...so now some of the keypad buttons don't work, of course the main ones that i need, never the ones i hardly need!
so, any ideas? its seems to be dry, not wet. i have ran out of ideas.

Take the battery, sim card out and take off all the covers you can, then just leave it some where warm and dry for an afternoon or something. As long as there is no power then you won't get a problem with things short circuiting in the wet. Really you need to do this as soon as you get it wet, otherwise you might make some permanent damage, but you might still be OK.

well, it seems i may have been too late and out of boredom put it in the microwave for about 3 seconds.  now i have abit of a headache. now im definitely too late probably. i did put it in the airing cupboard over night, but did nothing.

Yeah, that's it, leave it for 24 hours under a 60watt lightbulb (on obviously). Saw a great article on it on the gadget show once.

Johno microwaved his phone  out of boredom, to clear that up, not to actually fix it. i look stupid enough as it is! getting a new one on sunday hopefully.
