I have a friend who knows Alan Ball and he says that Alan is interested in putting in a bid for the club! I cant remember the name of the other person who Ball wants to create a partnership with but I know it is an ex england international of similar age. Apparently the two have been considering it recently, and are currently considering how much they will offer. and before you all start, yes this IS true! the conversation happened, whether they actually do is another matter. So brace yourselves people..my source is highly credible, and would have no reason to lie, you heard it here first

Didn't Alan recently sell some medals to get some cash as he was running a little short?

i've no idea, it will be a group of individuals, with alan and the other guy (ex england international - name beyond me! ) so alan doesnt necessarily have to stump up any cash

Squeeky would be the front man for the money men presumably.
Don't doubt STFCere is sincere, but I'll believe the takeover when I see it.
As long as we don't end up with the high pitched one as manager it could be positive.

at first i found it hard to believe considering our debt and the fact the stadium is going no where, but the conversation did happen, and they have been considering it recently. i reckon it would be a positive move, lets just wait and see....

your right, they would take on our debts...we have no assets other than the staff...but i guess they see potential further down the line
