i quit smoking late 2004,after smoking for 18 years on and off.
will power only works,without it you have no chance of quitting for good

I thought you only smoked weed?

Ive sort of given up,well ive cut down anyway I can go a week without any but when im in the pub i have one.

Alan Carr - the easy way to quit smoking. Worked for me and the girlfriend, and my dad who had smoked for 30 odd years  :shock:

i do, but i'm definitely addicted to the nicotine from the bit of tobacco in each joint, it adds up after a few.

i'm going to reduce the amount i smoke instead of give up.
