I thoroughly enjoyed that.
It got a little to Tarantino-esque at times with flashbacks and parallel stories but it was very good all the same.
It's like a classic thriller/horror, it's all in what you don't see that sets the mind whirring. The only problem is they've done it that well it could all be an anti-climax when everything is finally revealed.

i have a theory about what is going on in Lost (well, my mate has) and it would be quite clever if it's true.

i have a theory about what is going on in Lost (well, my mate has) and it would be quite clever if it's true. Is it one every man and their dog has come up with about them being deads? I reckon at the end the camera will pan out and it'll be a cinema and it would have been a film. It better not be Jack or someone else waking up from a nightmare the night before the flight, or a coma because the plan actually crashed.

Ok. They are all dead. The island they are lost on is a representation of pergatory. The actions they take there determine whether they get off the island to heaven or hell.
The person who decides in this case is Jesus, who is cleverly personified by the little black kiddie (i don't know his name, but you know the one...)

I have to say it kind of makes sense, but Americans aren't the brightest, so storylines in their dramas can't be that clever surely?
