My claim to fame is meeting London Mayor Ken Livingstone in a lift.
I can't think of anyone else at the moment although my Mum knows former World Darts Champion Bob Anderson.

My dad has played golf against Bob Anderson and darts against Keith Deller.
John Barnes ran past me at Centre Parks when I was younger.
I met Adam Woodyat (Ian Beale) from Eastenders in a panto at the Wyvern. He is as big a twat in real life as in the soap.

I was in a meeting with Princess Di for half an hour. High security ... guns and minders everywhere.
She had her security too!

We've done this one before, so wont bother going over the old stuff.
But the recent death of Merlyn Rees, reminded me that I'd met him, not that he was particularly famous, but he was in the Labour Government of the 70's as Northern Ireland Secretary this was the height of the troubles....he lived down a cul e sac in N London, next door to a mate of mine, which meant when he was around had a small army of police and Special Branch down there...but he saw himself as an ordinary bloke so would be out cutting the lawn and cleaning the car and chatting to the neighbours etc at the weekend.
All a bit surreal.

Anthony Head (Coffee ads, Buffy, Little Britain) started talking to me on a train from Bristol to Bath... Didn't have a clue who he was.
I've also spoke to Tim Robbins and apparently shared a table with most of the New England Patriots defensive line in a tiny run-down Jazz bar in Boston.
Super Bowl rings are pretty big.

Off the top of my head: Michael Caine Richard Branson Brian Molko Ice T Jordan (debatable as a celebrity I know) As Reg says, think this has been done before.. Can't be arsed to dig up the thread up though Mex's list should be quite impressive!
