What with the New Year approaching fast, who will actually be making the trip up North?  Its a very tempting fixture as I can't make Chesterfield but what is the best means of getting there?

I'm tempted to go, but its getting there

Supporters coach will be slow, expensive and take about 3 days to do the trip, but at least then it means no driving.

I noticed someone on thisis said it was costing £24 which I think (if true) is very reasonable for such a distance.

My only other concern is the weather, as its a long way to go if weather is really bad.

Frustratingly I'll be up that way visiting friends/family with the misses.

But leaving at 5pm to get back and get everything sorted for work the next day, with the little un in tow  is apparenty a no-bo.
