http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/4513482.stmFair enough he wasn't a terrorist, but the policemen involved were trying to protect the public. They made a mistake. They shouldn't be charged. The CPS shouldn't even consider it- its a disgrace. This country is gone to PC. Look at the flag at Oldham. God it pisses me off!! I need a beer.

It's undoubtedly the mother of all cock-ups and lots of apparent lies about the event emerged in the aftermath. Bringing charges is wrong as these guys were doing their job. In my opinion whoever actually made the call to do it is pretty culpable, clearly made a gross error in judgement and might deserve the sack but involving the CPS is wrong.

I don't think it's possible to decide whether anyone should be charged without knowing everything that went on that day. I would have thought the officer who issued the ambiguous order to stop him getting on the train would be the most likely to be prosecuted.
Mother of all fuck ups all in all. How he was allowed to get on a bus to the tube if it was decided he should be shot to stop him boarding the train, I'll never know.

I think the Police should be allowed to shoot Brazilians, French and bald people.

I think the Police should be allowed to shoot Brazilians, French and bald people. And people with comb-overs. For example: http://img297.echo.cx/img297/6206/combover5tc.jpgWhy??!

Any Brazilian man who was not living in Brazil should be shot for being stupid.
