My Car CD player keeps jumping

It fucking annoying. Everytime I go over a little bump it jumps.
It never used to be so bad, but over the past couple of months, it got worse.
Is there a Car CD player about that can stand the bumps or is nothing I can really do? Or is it just because my car is so shit?

Its most likely that the cage has become loose so shakes when going over bumps etc.

wrap the CDs in cotton wool, or failing that, tissue paper before putting them in.

Here's some suggestions:

Use cassette tapes.

Reverse back in your car to anti-jump the cd.

Sing instead
