How many times have I heard this.
Three people in the last week warned me not to go into Swindon this weekend. Apparently there is going to be a bombing or some kind?
A asian told one of my friends yesterday that it's true?
I suppose someone going to have a peaceful shopping weekend.
I don't believe it, but I wondered if anyone else heard anything?

This has been going around alot lately, stuff like this. I was told not to go to cribbs causeway shopping because it will be bombed! people are making up stories to scare people. My mate said that her friends, friend was at the cashpoint and a asian bloke left without his money so she ran after him and gave him his money, he said thankyou and told her not to go to so and so on this date. I have heard that story from loads of people and its a load of bollocks. Ignore it

I don't believe it, but I wondered if anyone else heard anything? I've heard this.....it goes something like this....woman finds sack of cash, which happens to belong to a gentleman of obvious Islamic origin, she returns it, and although offered refuses the substantial compensation for her honesty....so is given a word of advice not to go into Town on....etc etc.

I've heard this for Luton, Cheltenham, Swansea, Swindon, Oxford and a few others. It's blatantly not true.

I've heard a similar story about a asian looking guy dropping a wallet and a passer by picking it up and giving it back to him. The recipient is extremely pleased and in return warns the guy to stay out of the town centre. Thinking it's because of an imminent terrorist attack the guy is still curious and asks him why.
'Because it's a shithole' comes the reply.
I'll get me coat.....I'm here all week.
