I was wondering ... does anyone know ? Cos I dont but im curious
How do you start your own ticket agency .. ie tickets for all the big sports events .. footy, cricket, rugby etc and all the big concerts .. Robbie, Take That, Oasis etc
Has anyone on here ever been involved or is still involved with an agency?

Youd have to buy in bulk from teh main labels id say but it cant be an easy thing, the big boys like ticket master would eat you alive

You could make a few £ off eBay though. Its an option i am currently considering. I hate touts, but then thought, fuck it. if you can't beat 'em, join 'em.

It's all to do with money in advance
Let's say Robbie announces gigs for July 2007 with 100,000 tickets at £40.
Ticketmaster offer him £3 Million cash today for tickets next year. Then they sell them when they get them - and Robbie gets his money instantly.
