FANS MARCH TO SAVE OUR TEAM 17/12/05

I AM CURRENTLY ORGANISING A PEACEFUL DEMONSTRATION TO LET THE FANS VOICE BE HEARD FROM THE COUNCIL OFFICES TO THE COUNTY GROUND AT OUR NEXT HOME GAME VS BLACKPOOL ON 17 DECEMBER 2005. PLEASE STATE WHETHER YOU WILL JOIN THIS PEACEFUL MARCH TO SAVE OUR TEAM....

WE NEED TO SAVE OUR FOOTBALL TEAM

ITS TIME FOR THE FANS TO STAND UP AND BE HEARD....... WE ARE VERY CLOSE TO DEATH WE NEED YOUR TO BE STAND UP AND BE COUNTED AND SHOW YOU SUPPORT THE STADIUM PLANS AND WANT THE COUNCIL TO TAKE ACTION TO ENSURE WE HAVE A FOOTBALL CLUB IN SWINDON

Dont think i'll be attending.  Too early - not needed.  Suppose his hearts in the right place though.

i take it he has contacted the emergency services and gone through the correct governmental channels to ok the legality of the march.

Give the guy a break,he may not think things out properly but his heart is certainly in the right place and at least he comes up with ideas, all be it slightly air brained knee jerk reaction ones.

I should think you have to get permission for a large public gathering - police needs and all that.

 Should you assemble above about a dozen people, in what might be termed a seditious political way it constitutes an illegal gathering. Ringleaders arrested and the gathering broken up by police....Stanley will be OK then.

 You have to notify the police of times, numbers, route of march etc.

i think its a good idea..alot of people in this town dont give a shit about this club but maybe we should show them that some people do care..this town may not be full of swindon fans but there is alot of football fans in general still in the long run they could help
