Something strange has happened to my computer.

I cant log onto sites like online banking, skybet, play.com, ebay. The only link I can see between these sites is that its ones I buy things off.

Have I set up some kind of firewall/antivirus/buying stuff filter or something?

Please hurry as I have to put my bets on before footy starts

I haven't heard of this problem before but sometimes explorer gets bogged up.

Press ctrl+alt+del to bring up the task manager. Then on the processes tab look for one called explorer.exe. Right click on that and select 'end process'. It's improtant you stay in task manager for the next bit. Go to the applications tab and select the new task button. Type in 'explorer.exe'. Then try firefox/IE again

Sounds like a spyware problem or if your norton is norton internet security more than likely that's the thing that is bogged up. Maybe disable norton (just for now) and see if that works
