I have AOL broadband and a netgear router thing. What do I need to be able to play PES 5 against other people on the internet, using my PS2?
Dummies guide needed, thank you in advance. :smile1:

Nope. Buy the adapter (it comes with a small ethernet cable anyway), plug it in the back of your ps2, plug the ethernet into your modem at the back - then you set it up on the playstation using the disk that comes with the adapter. Then your away! No monthly subscriptions, nothing else to pay except the £20 for the adaptor.

connect the xbox to the pc.... how? it's an external modem, through one of these lovely things http://www2.sympatico.ca/Aidez/local/bell/alcatel/alcatelusb.jpgwith USB cables all over the fucking shop. it'd also need a wireless network adaptor thingymajig, as the pc is here (dining room) and xbox/tv are way over there (in the living room)

the german whore in my flat broke our internet by resetting the modem so i haven't been able to play for a while now. my win ratio is about 54%.
i just plugged it in and it worked, the new slimline ps2's are network ready so you shouldn't need to do anything.
