How will i resist the tabs tomorrow?
I've been going really well lately and haven't smoked all week.
As soon as the weekend comes i like to relax and socialise and this usually means footy and the pub.
As soon as i get a pint in my hand i need a fag.
I enjoy smoking at footy and in the pub but don't touch them in the week. I need ways to stop me lighting up cos the temptation will be huge!
