First scene fat woman meets ex husband, who has now met a new wife, wait for it, when the new wife turns up guess what? She's a black fat bird. Ha ha. Then next scene bloke orders thai bride and when she turns up, guess what??? She's a fat bird??? :|
**Jan switches off tv and goes up the pub**
Fucking hell, how that's the most popular comedy show in Britain right now is beyond me.

Last night I went to make a cup of coffee. Most of my housemates couldn't believe I wasn't watching it. I told them it was okay, but over-rated in my opinion. I was subjected to a barrage of verbal abuse until Pug interviened and said he agreed with me (thank god somebody did).
Some parts make me laugh, but I wouldn't say it was the best thing ever. Reminds me a bit of Harry Enfield back in the day. Pretty good, but not comedy hall of fame stuff.

It was alright i suppose,i'd rather watch the Peep show to be honest.I read the other day that apparently kids as young as nine [could be wrong :-))( ] were watching it which makes sense to me as it is a tad juvenile and relies on gross out humour too much for my liking,i don't find an old woman pissing herself in the middle of a shop funny. I think i'll stick with Doctor Martin next week

Ha ha I forgot about the pissing scene. It wasn't funny to watch but it was hilarious to see my housemates (who had just that very second stopped laying into me for not watching it) be put right off their food

Little britain is the most overated comedy of all time. I don't understand why people talk about it being the dogs bollocks, when quite clearly its not. The sketches seem to be the same every week and are more and more predictable!

Finally some other LB haters.
Can't remember what was up against it, but I couldn't believe it when LB won the best comedy of the year, I think it was Nighty Night, which was excellent, especially the first series.
One fat bloke and a gay fella doesn't make it the funniest thing ever to hit to our tv screens.

I haven't seen the second series yet,but that is one twisted and sick show but its also genius.I'm hoping they show it on the bbc soon.

I didn't realise it was on to be honest.
Little Britain is not even in the same league as Peep Show - that is hilarious, best comedy on tv by far, little britain is occasionally funny but generally not.
To be honest the guys who do it were a lot funnier when they did rock profiles than they are on little britain.
I saw a repeat of the 100 greatest comedy sketches the other day and one off little britain was number one which has to be about the most bizarre choice ever, shouldn't even of been in the top 1000.

The second series of Nighty Night went a little OTT, still funny though. I didn't manage to see it all though. So I'll make my final judgement when it's on BBC2.
That top 100 comedy programme was shit. The voice over all the way through was by the little britain guy (Tom Baker), I thought it was fixed tbh.
