how do i use it fully? If you lick on the text-to-speech tab and then change the sentence in the box it will do it for you. But perhaps you could make better us of the microsoft narator in start>all programs>accessories>accessibility. Type what you want in a notepad or wordpad then open the narrator. Click on the notepad window and it will read out everything you have typed. You might find this wiki page useful: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speech_synthesis
