I find it a bit shite to be honest nowadays.
Far to much MSG and I find a lot of the takeaway dishes taste like overpriced crap where ever you go. In fact the best Chinese I went to in the UK was in fact half an English Chippy as well and that was to get chips!
You want good Chinese white boy? You go China.
Well HongKong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan in my experience.
Properly cooked good shit out there.
