Being crap and Welsh n all. Cureton and Thorpe have done fuck all for years. It was less than a year ago Roberts was terrorising the Sheffield Wednesday defence....twice. I've seen him play for Bristol City a few times a couple of seasons ago. He is no saviour. He is a lazy cunt who sometimes puts in a good performance. Exactly as we have seen him. Which, again is still more than I've seen from Cureton and Thorpe. He was full of running at Doncaster. He deserves at least a fair chance, seen as Cureton and Thorpe have had one. |

To be honest, I don't care if he's crap or not, for what he did at half time vs. Southend(?) he deserves to start every game for the rest of the season. He seems like a nice guy and he's exciting to watch, although it pisses me off when people start chanting about bringing him on. I think he's ideal for a home game, as the tactical genius Andy King said. We have a home game next.

but anyway, yeah, christian roberts is somewhat of an enigma: when he feels like it he can dazzle and win matches on his own, but more often than not he's a fat lazy bastard with gloves on.
