He’s as boring as Hockaday!

I don’t think Hockaday is boring. He’s monotonous and he makes listening to him very difficult but I think he talks a lot of sense.

Phil Smith just bumbles on & on about very little

Fair point……I’m already fed up with Smith droning on.

So poor thus far. Haven’t got going at all, but thankfully Newport have been wasteful with any chance they’ve had. Can’t imagine that’ll last with Bogle and Evans

Agreed. Hockaday’s miseryguts delivery is the issue. Knows his onions. Smith is man in the pub.

If you were only listening to the radio, you'd think we were doing a lot worse than we are.
but then McEachran plays Newport in and they have a free header from the resultant corner.

To my mind we're well below par but Newport are there for the taking if we wake up, challenge more and focus..

Smith is insightful on goalkeeping. But only on goalkeeping, and frankly that doesn't come up terribly often.

I would be finding this a lot more frustrating, but for the score line. They look there for the taking, we look a little sleepy.

Good save there, should have been 2-0. A classic of 'the defender playing the man onside appealing angrily for the offside' genre too.

Another excellent save from Austin's header at the corner.

Where is PV, I'm not the play by play guy...
